2 Timothy 1:9 Who hath saved us, and called
us with an holy calling, not according to our works,
but according to his own purpose and grace (power,
authority),

ALL SAVED HAVE EARS TO HEAR
Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few
are chosen.
CALLED
TO OBTAIN THE HONOR AND GLORY
2 Thessalonians 2:14 … he called you by our
gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of
our Lord Jesus Christ.
CHRIST OBTAINED
GLORY FROM GOD
2 Peter 1:17 For he (Christ) received from God the Father honour
and glory, when
there came such a voice to him from the excellent
glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
THAT ARE FAITH
AND HOPE MIGHT BE IN GOD
1 Peter 1:21 Who by him

faith)] in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory;
that your faith and hope might be in God.

and glory from God
Because he pleased
the Father
