Text: Matthew 22:14 "For many are called, but few are chosen."
A compound word with the prefix ek meaning "out of or out from" and the word kalew meaning to call.
The calling out is from among those that are called as in Matthew 22:14 "For many are called, but few are chosen."
Ephesians 1:4-5 "According as he hath chosen [aorist middle] us in [within] him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him &ldots;:
5. Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children (to be sons) by Jesus Christ to himself, &ldots;"
