Text: Genesis 27:28-29 "Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine: 29. Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee."
Genesis 27:37-38 "And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son?
38. And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept."
ELECTION
Romans 9:11 "(For the children (Esau and Jacob) being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)"
ELECTION IS WHO SERVES WHO
Romans 9:12 "It was said unto her (Rebekah), The elder (greater, Esau) shall serve the younger (lesser, Jacob)."
MANY CALLED BUT FEW ELECT
Matthew 20:16 "So the last (Jacob, last born) shall be first (will be Esau's Lord), and the first (Esau, first born) last (servant of Jacob): for many be called (Esau and Jacob), but few chosen (Jacob)."
THE CALLED ARE OF THE SAME LUMP
Romans 9:21 "Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump (The family of God) to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?"
IN THE SAME HOUSE
2 Timothy 2:20-22 "But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. 22. Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart."
VESSELS OF HONOR SEEK FOR HONOR
Romans 2:6-7 "Who will render to every man according to his deeds: 7. To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality [incorruption], eternal life:"
HOW TO HAVE HONOR
Galatians 6:8 "For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption [lose of birthright and blessing, agelasting life]; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting [glory, honor, birthright and blessing]."
DON'T FAINT
Galatians 6:9 "And let us not be weary in well doing (ministering to yourself the things of the Spirit): for in due season we shall reap (the blessing and birthright, eternal life), if we faint not (How strong do we want the birthright and blessing?)."
ESAU WAS FAINT
Genesis 25:29-30 "And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field [is the world, Mat. 13.38], and he was faint [Having sown to the FLESH]: 30. And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me (minister to me spiritual things), I pray thee, with that same red (prophets food) pottage; for I am faint (spiritually having sown to the flesh): therefore was his name called Edom."
REJECTED FOR THE BLESSING
Hebrews 12:16-17 "Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright (LOST). 17. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected [disapproved]: for he [Esau] found no place of [Isaac] repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears."

THE UNCLEAN
Isaiah 34:14 "The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr (he goats) shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest."
GOOD THINGS TO COME
Hebrews 9:11 "But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;"
THE CALLED MIGHT INHERIT
Hebrews 9:15 "And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, ... they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance."
ONLY THE SAVED ARE CALLED
2 Timothy 1:9 "Who hath saved (the lump) us, and called (many) us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, ..."
CALLED TO KINGDOM AND GLORY
1 Thessalonians 2:12 "That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory."
ISAAC BLESSED JACOB

ISAAC WOULD NOT REPENT

ESAU AND JACOB, BROTHERS

THE WARNING!
Genesis 27:41 "And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob."
WHO IS A BROTHER?

IS BLIND
1 John 2:11 "But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes."
LOSE OF LIFE FOR THE AGE
1 John 3:15 "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life (honor, glory, birthright and the blessing) abiding in him."
EXAMPLE OF CAIN
1 John 3:12 "Not as Cain, ...slew his brother. ... Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous."
A BROTHER IN NEED
1 John 3:17 "But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?"
NO MINISTRY TO THE LORD
Matthew 25:44 "Then shall they (the goats on the left hand) also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?"
NO MINISTRY TO THE BRETHREN

ESAU A HAIRY MAN
Genesis 27:11 "And Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy (goat) man, and I am a smooth man:"
HAIRY
2 Chronicles 29:23 "And they brought forth the he goats (hairy) for the sin offering ..."
CURSE OF THE GOATS
Isaiah 13:21 "But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs (goats) shall dance there."
ESAU'S INHERITANCE
Malachi 1:2-3 "...Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD:... and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.
