ROMANS 5:2
Sunday Morning: July

Text: Romans
5:2-5 By whom also we have access by
faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of
God. 3
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that
tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience,
hope: 5
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in
our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
Romans 5:2 By
whom (our Lord Jesus Christ, v.1)
also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand,
and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

diligently seek him.
Hebrews
4:15-16 For we have not
an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities;
but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let
us therefore come [present

unto the throne of grace, that we
may obtain mercy, and find grace (his power) to help in
time of need.

and spake unto them, saying, All power
is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

1:19-20 And what is
the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe [the ones believing, present active participle],
according to the working of his mighty
power, 20
Which he wrought in Christ,
when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

for grace.

Peter 5:10 But the God of all
grace, who hath called us unto
his eternal [agelasting] glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye
have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
Romans
5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand [abide, continued, stanch (unmovable, faithful)], and rejoice [present middle, boast, to
vaunt] in hope of the glory of
God.
1 Peter 1:3-5 Blessed be the God and Father of our
Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again
unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To [for]
an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved
in heaven for you, 5 Who
are kept by the power of God (his grace) through faith unto (so
great) salvation (not common salvation) ready to be revealed in the
last time.
Colossians 1:26-27 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now
is made manifest to his saints: 27 To whom God would make known what is
the riches of the glory of this mystery
among the Gentiles; which is Christ in

in God, that raised him up from the

cannot lie, promised (to the
elect) before the world began; (when they were chosen)
Luke
17:7-10 But which of
you, having a servant plowing or
feeding cattle (serving), will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field (work is done), Go and sit
down to meat? 8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready
wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve
me (no rest, continue to serve), till I have eaten and drunken; and
afterward thou shalt eat and drink?
9 [mh, may not]
Doth [regard, esteem] he thank [grace] that servant (who came in from the field) because he did the things that were commanded him? (he was just) I
trow not. 10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable
servants: we have done that which
was our duty to do.
Revelation
22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with
you all. Amen.
