Text: Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
“THE JUST”
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 "Know ye not that the unrighteous [dikov, unjust] shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10. Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers [abusive language], nor extortioners [taking from others by coercion/intimidation], shall inherit the kingdom of God."
1 Timothy 1:9-10 "Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous [dikiaov, just] man, but for the lawless [anomia] and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers . . ., 10. For whoremongers, . . . for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;"

1 Timothy 6:12, 14 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. . . . 14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:

Matthew 13:41-43 "The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do [present active, practice] iniquity; [anomia, lawlessness (the unjust)] 2. And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43. Then shall the righteous [dikaiov, just] shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear."
Hebrews12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have [present subjunctive, may we have] grace (by faith), whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear (just):

And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 26. His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant (he did his duty), thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strowed:"
