Text: Galatians 4:5-7
"To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the
adoption of sons. 6. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the
Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. 7. Wherefore
thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God
through Christ."
John
1:12 "But as many as received [aorist
(born into the family)] him, to them gave he power to become
the sons [teknon, children] of God, . . ."

John 3:1-2 "Behold, what manner of love the Father
hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons [teknon, children] of God: therefore the world
(He came only to Israel) knoweth us not, because it (Israel)
knew him not. 2. Beloved, now are we the sons [teknon, children] of God, and it doth
not yet appear what we shall [future] be: but we know that, when he
shall [future] appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he
is."
Galatians
1:10 "For do I now persuade men, or God? or
do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant
of Christ."
Galatians
4:5 "To redeem them that were under the
law, that we might receive the adoption of sons."
