Colossians
2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but
the body is of Christ.
ABOVE US IN EXPERIENCES
Colossians 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward (take the prize from you) in a voluntary humility (self
abasement) and worshipping (from
fear) of angels [messengers],
intruding into those things which he
hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, (taking his
stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly
mind, NASB)

after the commandments and doctrines of men?
TRADITIONS OF THE FATHERS
Mark 7:8-9 For laying
aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many
other such like things ye do. 9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye
may keep your own tradition.
