Text: Romans 3:22-31 Even the righteousness
of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon
all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have
sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by
his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God
hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to
declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the
forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his
righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth
in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law?
of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28 Therefore we conclude that a
man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. 29 Is he the God
of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles
also: 30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the
circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 31 Do we then
make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
Romans
3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is
by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all [accusative,
plural] them that believe [present
active participle, plural]: for there is no difference:
Romans
1:16-17 For I am not
ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for
it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth [present active participle]; to the Jew first, and
also to the Greek.
17 For therein (the gospel of Christ)
is the righteousness of God
revealed from faith to faith: as it
is written, The just shall live by faith.
Luke
8:13 They on the
rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and
these have no root, which for a while
believe [present active], and
in time of temptation fall away [present middle].
Romans
3:23 For all [plural] have sinned [aorist active, 3p], and come short [present
middle, plural] of the glory of God;
Romans
5:2 By whom also we have
access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Peter 1:21 Who by him do believe [present active participle
(TR)] in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith
and hope might be in God.
Romans 3:24
Being justified [present
passive participle] freely [Given
without return or recompense] by his
grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Hebrews
4:16 Let us
therefore come [present middle
subjunctive] boldly unto the throne
of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find [subjunctive may get, obtain] grace to help in time of need.
Acts
13:39 And by [en, in]
him all that believe [present active participle] are justified [present passive] from all things, from which ye
could not [emphatic] be justified
[aorist passive] by the law of Moses.
Galatians
2:16 Knowing that a
man is not [emphatic] justified [present passive] by
the works (obedience to the moral
law) of the law (being just,
only), but by [dia, through]
the faith of [from] Jesus
Christ (our high priest), even we have believed [aorist active indicative, common salvation] in
Jesus Christ, that [ina,
in order that] we might (we
might not) be justified by the
faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law (moral law only):
for by the works of the law (moral
law only) shall no flesh be justified.
Galatians
3:11 But that no man
is justified [present passive]
by the law (by being only just)
in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just (those who obey the moral law) shall live [future
middle] by [ek,
out from] faith.

John 3:7 He that doeth
[present active participle] righteousness

God hath set forth to be a propitiation
[mercy seat, Heb 9:5] through faith
in his blood, to declare his righteousness (as in 1 John 3:7 He that doeth righteousness is
just) for [dia,
through] the remission [passing over] of sins
(of those who are saved) that are past,
through the forbearance of God;
Colossians 1:14 In whom (Christ Jesus, our kinsman
redeemer) we have redemption (inheritance)
through his blood, even the forgiveness
[remission, liberty, deliverance, Jubilee] (from the bondage) of sins: (to serve God)

riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee (saved sinners) to repentance?

7:18 Who is a
God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever,
because he delighteth in mercy.
Psalms

Romans
3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might [to] be just, and the justifier [present active participle]
of him which believeth [ek, out from faith]
in [of/from, genitive] Jesus.
Romans
3:27 Where is
boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Romans
3:28 Therefore we
conclude that a man is justified by
faith without [in addition to]

Romans
3:31 Do we then make
void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
