Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

SATAN HAS THE AUTHORITY

SATAN USES OTHER RULERS TO CHANGE ISRAEL
Acts 26:18 "To open their [saved Gentiles] eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power [judicial authority] of Satan unto God, &ldots;"
DELIVERED FROM SATAN’S AUTHORITY
Colossians 1:13 "Who hath delivered us from the power [judicial authority] of darkness, and hath translated [stand among] us into the kingdom of his dear Son:"
UNDER NEW AUTHORITY
Hebrews 1:14 "Are they [angels] not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister [serve] for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"
Matthew 18:10 "Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven."
