WHO WARN US
1 Corinthians 10:6 "Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted."
TYPES
1 Corinthians 10:11 "Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition [warning,] upon whom the ends of the world are come."
ADAM A TYPE
Romans 5:14 "Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure [type] of him that was to come."
TABERNACLE A TYPE
Hebrews 8:5 "Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern [type] showed to thee in the mount."

VAIN HELP FROM THE HILLS
Jeremiah 3:23 "Truly in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, and from the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of Israel."
NO HOPE IN THE HILLS
Isaiah 54:10 "For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee."

HOPE OF AGELASTING LIFE

THAT THE FATHER MAY BE GLORIFIED
John 14:13-14 "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it."
Psalms 66:3-5 "Say unto God, How terrible [awesome, fearful] art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee. 4.
