Text: Hebrews 11:1-2 Now faith [feminine] is the substance [stands under] of things hoped for [present passive neuter participle], the evidence of things [neuter] not seen [present passive neuter participle, things not being seen]. 2 For by it [feminine (faith)] the elders obtained a good report.
GOOD REPORT REQUIRED

CHRIST IS RISEN
1 Peter 1:21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory [honor, (the promise Act 2:33)]; that your faith (that gives support to the hope) and hope might be in God.
YOU BELIEVE FAITH IS NOT IN VAIN
1 Corinthians 15:14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.
WORD OF FAITH
Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

IF WE PASS THE TEST GLORY
1 Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
1 Peter 1:9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls [life, (in the kingdom of heaven)].
IF WE CONTINUE TO BELIEVE

HE THAT BELIEVETH WILL NOT BE SHAMED
