Read Romans 1:1-7

Romans 1:3

"Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;"

Concerning his Son – "The gospel of God," Romans 1:1

Galatians 1:16  "To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen [Gentiles]; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:"

1 Corinthians 1:9  "God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord."

1 John 1:3  "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ."

Jesus Christ our Lord – This phrase is not in the Nestles Greek New Testament nor is there a textual comment made in Nestles about omitting of this phrase. I did not find it in the Stevens Text of 1550. I can see that having this phrase in the KJ translation distracts from the definition of the Gospel of God.

Made of the seed of David –

Matthew 2:2  "Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? . . ."

Matthew 2:6  "And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel."

John 7:42  "Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem. . ?"

Luke 1:31-33  "And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: 33. And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end."

2 Timothy 2:8  "Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:"

Romans 1:4

"And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:"

And declared [determined] to be the Son -

Luke 1:31-33  ". . . call his name JESUS. 32. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest:. . .”

John 1:34  "And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God."

Matthew 3:16-17  "And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17. And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

2 Peter 1:17  "For he received from God the Father honour and glory (transfiguration), when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."

Son of God -

Psalms 89:6  "For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons (ruling angels) of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?"

Psalms 82:1  "God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. [judges]"

Job 1:6  "Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves (in heaven) before the LORD, and Satan came also among them."

Psalms 82:6  "I have said, Ye are gods [judges]; and all of you are children [sons] of the most High."

Exodus 22:28  "Thou shalt not revile the gods [judges], nor curse the ruler of thy people."

Romans 2:16  "In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel."

Romans 2:6  "Who will render [reward] to every (saved) man according to his deeds [labors, works]:"

Romans 2:7-9  "To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality [incorruption], eternal [agelasting] life: 8. But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, 9. Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;"
